"Decent knife, I guess??"
The knife showed up sharp enough and it works fine, but the handle feels kind of cheap to me. For the price it’s not bad, just not as sturdy or solid as I was expecting??

"Sale didn’t really feel like a sale"
I saw the sale and figured I’d be getting a decent deal, but once shipping was added, the discount was barely noticeable. The final prices felt close to what they usually are, so I didn’t feel like I saved much at all. It was disappointing, and I’d appreciate some kind of apology for making the sale seem better than it actually was

"Knife showed up a little rough"
My order did arrive on time, but the whole process was kind of annoying with all the repeated verification steps. Then when the knife got here, the box was beat up and the blade had a small scuff on it. It’s not the end of the world, but for something brand new, I expected it to look a bit cleaner.

"Bladeops had the item I was looking..."
Bladeops had the item I was looking for, and at first the price seemed reasonable. But once I got to checkout, the shipping cost jumped out at me and made the whole thing feel way more expensive than expected, especially for such a small order. The wording made it seem like I was getting a decent deal, but the final total told a different story. I still bought it, but it left a bad taste and I’ll probably compare other shops next time.

"Order took way longer than it should have"
I placed my order expecting it to ship fairly quickly, but it just sat in processing for days with barely any updates. The whole delay felt avoidable, especially if they had just communicated better. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again because it was just too slow...

I tried using the website what a joke. It was so annoying to get around, the filters felt clunky, and some pages loaded weirdly for me. Even checkout wasn’t clear, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. After clicking around for way too long, I just gave up. The layout really needs to be cleaned up.

BladeOps seemed mostly legit based on my order. The item showed up as described and the price was fair, so I can’t really complain about that part.
The annoying thing was the timing. Shipping updates came in late, and customer service took a while to get back to me right when I was trying to figure out what was going on. I might order again if the deal was really good, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

A friend had recommended I check this place out, so I was disappointed when I got there and the item wasn’t actually in stock even though it showed as available. Hopefully they can keep the inventory updated better

I was really hoping to find a better knife selection, but it just felt limited. A lot of the stuff I looked for seemed out of stock, and the options that were there felt kind of the same, kind of repetitive. I didn’t really see much beyond the usual knives, so I left feeling disappointed...

"Feels Fake and I’m Annoyed"
I’m upset about this knife. The one I received just feels wrong, the packaging looked sketchy, and the markings don’t match the photos I found online. I don’t know what they sent me, but I don’t trust that it’s authentic. Really feels like someone dropped the ball here.

"My issue never really got sorted out"
I had a problem with my order and emailed them pretty much right away, thinking it would be a simple fix. The first reply I got was really short and didn’t actually answer what I was asking, which was annoying because I’d already taken the time to explain it clearly. I was checking my email in between making dinner, so maybe I was already a little impatient, but still.
I sent pictures and explained the situation again, hoping that would clear things up. The next response felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote. It was kind of one of those customer service moments where you can tell you’re not getting anywhere, like when you call the cable company and somehow end up explaining the same thing three different times.
In the end, they basically told me there was nothing they could do, and my issue never got fixed. Maybe other people have had better experiences with bladeops.com, but mine was frustrating. I won’t be ordering from them again

Checking out on BladeOps was easy enough, and the payment part felt secure to me. I got the confirmation right away, so I didn’t have any concerns there. I’m giving it 3 stars because the page loaded slowly, though I’ll admit I’m part of the problem because I have zero patience when a checkout page hangs for even a few seconds. Overall, it worked fine, but the process could definitely feel smoother.
